Our Research Process

We favor the use of “audience personas” over “target audiences”. While the latter can be useful in certain applications, we must acknowledge that people are complex and multi-layered, and those that have similar “profiles” may not share similar beliefs or ideas. We will use this to find the customers, clients and partners that are a natural fit, while also surfacing potential new connections.

Pod teams
