Brand Ops

Every tool was the right call when you bought it. The CRM, the automation, the analytics, the three things someone added for a campaign. None of them were designed to work together, so the answer to a simple question now depends on who you ask and which dashboard they opened.

Meanwhile AI is answering questions about you all day, from whatever it can find. You’re being described constantly, by systems you’ve never configured.

"Consciously didn't just run campaigns they helped us institutionalize marketing as a core capability, with the data to prove its value." Karlescia Brookings, Grameen America

Working with Leading

Intentional COMPANIES

What is Brand & Marketing Ops?

Brand & Marketing Ops is where your brand gets managed and your marketing gets made and run:

The creative studio, the stack, the AI that increasingly speaks for you, and the data underneath. It’s one of four layers we build, and the one that keeps coherence intact once the work outgrows what any team can hold in their heads.

Brand & Marketing operations

Your operations doesn’t reinforce who you are because nobody designed them to.

A decision made on numbers nobody trusts is a guess with a spreadsheet attached. People can feel that, so they stop asking the system and start asking each other, and the stack quietly becomes expensive furniture.

AI isn’t waiting for you to be ready.

It describes you today, from whatever it can find, and what it finds is increasingly what people hear about you first.

Coherence is cheap to maintain and expensive to retrofit. Every quarter you add tools without a structure underneath, the cost of fixing it goes up.

What We Deliver to you

Who can change what, and on which record. Brand management in practice: permissions, data integrity, and a managed home for your assets and the rights attached to them. The least glamorous pillar, and the reason every other one keeps working.

Strategies and Deliverables

  • Brand Governance & Access Control
  • Brand Graph™
  • Brand Asset Wallet™
  • Audit & Access Review

The making. Campaigns produced end to end, narrative and copy, motion and graphics, photography, websites, the print that still has to exist. A studio that already knows your canon, so nothing gets re-explained and nothing drifts from one execution to the next.

Strategies and Deliverables

  • Full Campaign Production
  • Narrative Design & Copywriting
  • Graphic Design & Illustration
  • Visual & Motion Graphics
  • Photography Direction
  • Print & Presentation Materials

AI agents already answer for your brand across customer, partner, and internal systems. We train them on your canon rather than on whatever they scraped, and give them guardrails that say what an agent may decide and what it has to escalate.

Strategies and Deliverables

  • AI Brand Training
  • Agentic Brand Framework
  • Brand Agent Guardrails
  • Machine-Readable Identity Canon
  • AI Agents & Assistants

The stack your marketing actually runs on, built to work as one system instead of nine subscriptions. Platforms, CRM, automation, integrations — plus the operations to run them, because a stack nobody operates is just a monthly invoice.

Strategies and Deliverables

  • MarCom Stack
  • CRM & Marketing Automation
  • Integrations & Automation
  • Campaign Operations

One place the numbers come from. The data-warehouse ecosystem, the dashboards your team opens without being asked, and the reporting behind your Key Behavioral Indicators, so measurement becomes a habit instead of a quarterly scramble.

  • Analytics & Measurement

The process that adds Consistency

Step 1 Connect

First we get the systems telling one story. We inventory what you’re running, cut what’s redundant, and connect what’s left, so a number means the same thing in every room it shows up in.

Step 2 Teach

Then we teach the machines. AI trained on your canon rather than on whatever it scraped, with guardrails that make clear what an agent may decide on its own and what it has to bring to a person.

Step 3 Measure

Then we make it visible. Dashboards people open without being asked, reporting behind your Key Behavioral Indicators, and the governance that keeps the data trustworthy as more hands touch it.

HERE’S HOW WE WILL Work
Together

In Community

This layer is mostly rooms. Workshops and coaching with your leadership, because nobody can hand you your own operating logic. You do the thinking with us, which is what makes it stick after we leave, and what tells both of us whether we should keep going.

Flat rate

Then a flat monthly rate, not hours. Your bill doesn’t spike the month the work gets interesting, and you can forecast us the way you forecast everything else. It also says where our attention goes: into the work, not the clock. Unpredictable spend is its own risk when every dollar is already spoken for

Quarterly sprints

We reassess every quarter and size the next sprint to what you actually need. Build when there’s building to do, operate when there isn’t. The engagement stays right-sized, so spend never outruns need and you’re never locked into last quarter’s plan.

Tech FAQ

The Basics

What this actually is, and what you walk away with.

Three things that belong together. Brand management: who owns the assets and who may change them. The making: a studio that produces the work. And the machine layer: the stack it runs on, the AI that acts for you, and the data underneath all of it.

No. It’s the same team on the same flat rate, which is the point. A studio that already holds your canon doesn’t need a brief to explain who you are, so the work comes back on-brand the first time instead of the third.

It depends but usually not. Most stacks have the right tools wired the wrong way, so we start by connecting and cutting rather than buying. Replacement is a conclusion we reach together, not a starting assumption.

A machine-parseable knowledge layer describing your identity, offerings, and how they relate. It’s built in the brand layer, and it’s what the agents here read — which is why AI work without it tends to produce confident nonsense.

Who It’s For

Teams whose systems have outgrown how they were assembled.

Marketing and GTM leaders running on tools added one at a time, and leaders who’ve noticed AI answering questions about their company with answers they’d never give. Often the same company, six months apart.

When the stack has more tools than owners, when nobody quite trusts the dashboard, or when AI starts mattering to how buyers find you. Which is now, for most companies.

How It Works

We build it, and we can run it with you.

It depends. This layer encodes your identity, so if that identity isn’t settled, you’re automating a guess. Sometimes we run them in parallel, and we’ll say which when we see your situation.

Either. Some teams take the keys, others keep us embedded to run campaigns, maintain the data, and keep the governance honest. Both are normal, and the choice doesn’t have to be made upfront.

In a room together. Working sessions with your team on what you run and what depends on it, coaching between them, then a flat monthly rate with quarterly sprints to keep it right-sized.

How It Connects

This is one of four layers. Here’s how they fit together.

Mission-Lock Infrastructure is how the business runs and what holds it in place. Brand Growth Infrastructure is who you are and where you lead. Brand & Marketing Ops runs it day to day and makes it readable by machines. Ecosystem Marketing takes it to market.

The Key Behavioral Indicators are defined with your Trust Drivers™ and reported from here. Each driver has its own, internal and external, quantitative and qualitative — this layer is what makes them something you can actually watch.
