We’re ready to welcome someone into this work with intention and immediacy. Our goal is to begin collaboration when the time is right….so we’re trying to find the right person at the right time. Maybe it’s you, right now.


Our Interview Process: Designed for Mutual Clarity & Alignment

We’ve structured our process to be clear, relational, and respectful of your time and talents:

  1. Complete the Application Form
    This is your first artifact in our shared journey. It helps us understand your experience and your resonance with our values.

  2. Application Review (Single Round)
    We’ll review all applications in one round. This ensures a consistent and equitable evaluation across the entire candidate pool.

  3. First Interview: Zoom Conversation
    If your experience and mindset align with our needs, you’ll be invited to a virtual conversation. This interview is about more than your resume—it’s about values alignment, curiosity, and co-learning.
    Please ensure you’re in a quiet, stable environment for this conversation.

  4. Final Interview: Team Dialogue
    If we’re all feeling momentum, we’ll invite you into a group dialogue with multiple members of our team. Think of this less as an interrogation and more as a mutual exploration of what working together might feel like in practice.

  5. Onboarding Conversation
    If we’re ready to co-create, we’ll enter into a conversation about the specifics: scope of work, timeline, tools for collaboration, and onboarding support.
